I have been finding that I am super-hungry by lunch time. I end up eating at 11 or 11:30 and then again later. So, I am switching things up today. Since my biggest problems with eating poorly are in the evening, I am going to try green smoothie snacks instead of breakfasts.
This afternoon: kale, bananas, coconut meat, mango. Unless I am otherwise inspired!

I'm inspired by your different smoothie concoctions. I tend to stick to the same one since I love it and it seems to work for me...
ReplyDeleteA huge handful of spinach, some mixed frozen berries (strawberry, blackberry, raspberry and blueberry), sun dried goji berries, one lemon, a bit of honey, water and ice. Yum!! I never measure, yet it always seems to fit my big glass (: I sometimes use acai powder from Sambazon if I'm out of berries, but don't really like the "coffee" flavor it has.
